    oh ok, for an annuity of 20 yrs w/ payments of 4000 every year w/ 7% interset the future value is 163,982

    the math behind it isn't too simple if you have to do it by hand im guessing you supposed to use calculator for these problems

    future value = 438,916 they prob only cost like 30 or 40 bucks
