Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Two angles equal, so third angle equal so triangles similar (3 angles). DF/AC = 20/12 = 1.667 = DE/AB = EF/BC. The rest should be easy. A shorter way: AB + BC = 1.667 (DE + EF)

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Do you mean you don't understand my solution? The two triangles ABC and DEF are similar, so the three corresponding sides are in the same ratio. AB/DE = BC/EF = AC/DF. But we are given DF = 20cm and AC = 12cm, so we can calculate the ratio as 20/12  1.667
