If you eat a oz. can (180 g ) of tuna with ~.2 ppm Hg, how much mercury do you ingest ?

    ppm is the mass proprtion of mercury to tuna times 1000000. so the proportion of mercury to tuna is .2/1000000. multiply that number by 180g of tuna, and the result is the mass of Hg in grams.
