Line AP is tangent to circle C at point P, AP = 5 inches, and the radius of the circle is 12 inches. To the nearest tenth, what is the length of AC? 17 inches 7 inches 10.9 inches 13 inches

    12^2 + 5^2 = should be 13 lets see.. 144 + 25 = sqrt(169) = 13
