there is a plethora of jobs these days, u can go for social researcher , lecturer, counsellor , Non Governmental Organisations like UNDP, WHO etc offers post of programme cordinator, researcher etc.

As a sociologist, I totally agree with vinaykummar. I will add that there is actually no specific job that can be related to those studies (except in the research field) and that what matters is your ability to have a very strong and versatile analysis thinking. I am currently working in the web marketing field and a year ago nothing could have presaged it.
