Madison observed the power level meter for the power plant. The meter consisted of 50 segments that would light up sequentially (from the bottom to the top) as the power increased. When all the segments were lit, the plant was operating at 100% power. At the moment, 32 of the segments were lit. What was th epower level (in percent) of the power plant
