    h doesnt approach 0 unless its told to; but yes; the limit of the function as h-> 0 = 6x 6x + 3h is the difference quotient tho

    definition of derivative is: \[\lim_{h \rightarrow 0} [6x +3h] = Dx(3x^2 -2)\]
