Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0If we solve \(3x6y=8\) we can see that the slope of this line is \(1/2\). So the slope of line that perpendicular to this is \(2\). So the line that we are looking for is of the form \(y=2x+b\). Substitute \((1,5)\) we have \(b=7\). So \(y=2x+7\).
