A sector of the a paper circle is curler to form a drinking cup in the shape of a right cone. Explain how to determine the diameter of the base of the cup if the radius is 3.25 inches and the angle of the peaice of paper is 140 degrees.

    pi *2 *13/4 *140/360=91 pi/36 13/4 is 3.25 rationalized. 2* 13/4 is the diameter. pi d is the circumference of the paper circle.
