The other side can be obtained by Pythagorean's theorem $$5^2+x^2=8^2$$ $$x^2=64-25$$ $$x^2=39$$ $$x=\sqrt{39}$$ Now you can just use SOH CAH TOA

Whats that?

SOH= sin =opposite/hypotenuse CAH= cos = adjacent/hypotenuse TOA = tan = opposite/adjacent
