Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Since the line is horizontal then the slope is \(m=0\). Then the line is of the form \(y=0x+b\), i.e., \(y=b\).Since the line passes through \(3,8\), then \(y=8\) is the line that we are looking for.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I'm not sure how to write that out into an equation....

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Well it says that write in the slope intercept form if it is possible. In this case we can't write it as \(y=mx+b\) the slope \(m=0\). So in our equation there is no \(x\) variable and the equation of the line is just. \(y=8\)
