F=97.15107x F=106.15127x we know that F=F so we can write: 97.15107x=106.15127x Consolidating terms using algebra 107x+127x=106.1597.15 20x=9.00 x=.45 or 45 cents per mile F=97.15(107 * .45) F=97.1548.15 F=$49.00 Did you get the same?
