Can you please clarify what you mean by "capture?" If you wish to learn more vocabulary, you can go to dictionary.com to receive 'a new word a day' or awordaday also provides you with daily lessons of words with definitions. These are free and fun ways to increase (or refresh) your vocabulary.

The best way is to read and not let a word go by you don't understand. Maybe use it in a sentence yourself too. Go slow and steady! :)
