    8200000000 ; gotta make this an integer and a power of 10 by moving the decimal....9 places to the right 8.2 x10^9 makes it fit into the scientists notes..

    8.2 needs to grow so the exponent of 10 is positive; when we want to shrink it we go with a ^- exponent

    its a carrot that indicates that the next number is sposed to be lifted a little into the exponents spot
