you use: the distributive property. Not some memory device to ingrain stupidity :)
lol
OK: (2x X -3x^2) + (2x X 5x) + (2x X -4) + (5 X -3x^2) + (5 X 5x) + (5 X -4) = -6x^3 + 10x^2 - 8x -15x^2 -25x - 20 = -6x^3 - 5x^2 -33x - 20
(2x+5)(-3x^2) + (2x+5)(5x) + (2x+5)(-4) 2x(-3x^2) +5(-3x^2) +2x(5x) +5(5x) +2x(-4) +5(-4) -6x^3 -15x^2 +10x^2 +25x -8x +-20 -6x^3 -5x^2 +17x - 20 ... right?
ty for the replies jimmyrep and amistre64 although both answers arent the same
jimmy did a human error, 5(5x) = 25x; not -25x :) other than that he did quite well
