In a right triangle, find the length of the side not given b=1,c=square root 10

    You have not given enough information about this triangle carl. Is b or c the hypotenuse or is b and c the sides making the right angle?

    c is most likely the hyp; and this is most likely from a website that defined its pythag as a^2 + b^2 = c^2 :) my guess is then 3
