How would you factor 5r(squared)-27r-56 ?

    I though that the -7 and 8 should add to give me -27, in order for it to be a correct answer? o:

    you see that you have - 56 at the end of equation, so you know that factors of 7 and 8, with one of them being negative when multiplied will give you -56

    Ahhhh yes yes I see , I have never been good at these :p I finally get it though :D I have a big test tomorrow, a final, so I must try to get all questions answered tonight .
