    You don't have to. Just type \ [ \int x^4 dx\] ^ remove this space

    Hi uzma it didn't work for me last time too in chrome. But after I switch to firefox it works.

    Hrm. inline typing is working ok for me in both firefox and chrome.. Did you accidentially disable javascript?
