what is it to be solved? f(x)=7/2x-12 is just a function, nothing can be solved from it can you post the complete question?

3. anonymous

it says to find the domain of the functions f(x) = 7/2x-12 D: { }

thank you trying to help me...

take a look

in order for the function to have range,the denominator can't be 0. so 2x-12 can't be equal to 0 $2x-12\neq0 ->2x \neq12 ->x \neq6$ so the domain is $x \neq0,x \in R$
