First find the LCM of 8,10, 12 and 30 (this is 120) Find the lowest multiple of 120 between 300 and 500 (this 360) Add 3 to this 363 That's it!

LCM(8,10,12,30) = 120 120 < 200 120 * 2 = 240 200 < 240 < 500 -> 240+3 = 243 Solution is 243, i think.
