A buffet-style restaurant has 18 tables that seat 23 people each. A church group of 401 has rented the restaurant for a banquet. If the pastor, his wife, and his 9 kids come as invited guests, what is the least number of people that can sit at any one table?

    17*23=391 and 423-391=22 so unless there is some trick i don't see that is the answer
