## anonymous 5 years ago I have a dynamical system, which is: dx/dt = −3y² − 9xy − 5 y + 3 x² − 22x + 7 dy/dt = -9y²+8xy-21y+7x²-2 How do I find the break-even points?

Well, It's so much easier than I was expecting. We just need to solve both equations: $\frac{dx}{dt} = 0 \wedge \frac{dy}{dt} = 0$

Oh, I forgot it! Only the real roots of the solutions are break-even points!
