Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0They are similar. Its because they have to be exactly the same for it to be equal and they arent

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0\[5/7\neq 12/16\] so they are not similar. similar means corresponding sides are all in the same ratio

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0oh so u mean that u cant multiply 5 times somethin to get 7 nd u cant multiply 12 time somethin to get 16 bt if a triange was 2 in the top nd 6 in the bottom nd the other one was 4 on the top and 12 at the bottom then they would be similar right

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I'm not sure when I learned the mathematical definition of similar, but I think that's what the question wants. @beauty it doesn't have to do with being able to multiply some integer to get the other side, it just means proportionally all the sides are similar.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0it does have to do with multiplying 7 by something to get 14, and then you have to multiply all the other sides by that same something to get corresponding sides for it to be similar
