Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0here is an explanation if you like. for any value of x, \[x^2\geq0\] so the smallest it can be is 0 if x = 0. therefore \[3x^2\leq 0\] and the biggest it can be is 0. therefore the biggest \[3x^2+5\] can be is 5, which it is if x = 0
