The average retail cost in dollars of ElectroCorp's least expensive DVD player over the past several years can be modeled with ,c(x)=0.646x^3+9.09x^2-53.8x+237 where C(x) is the cost and x is the number of years since 1998 (x = 0 corresponds to 1998). Find the average retail cost of in 2002. Round to the nearest dollar.
