c) is possible during the rotational motion with constant angular velocity. Then there is centripetal acceleration, but the value of the velocity is constant. For b), when a charged particle moves horizontally through a magnetic field which is also horizontal but perpendicular to its path, the particle will be accelerated in the vertical direction. a) is not possible.
