If by some miracle we could control inflation, increase employment, cut taxes and generally stabilize the economy, what would be the reaction by Wall Street especially with oil speculation?

I would say Wall Street would react favorably. If the inflation is controlled, there is no reason for interest rate increase so the credit will be cheaper/stable. Higher employment and less taxes means more money to spend for consumption which will be good for companies. High consumption will lead to demand for Oil in near future pushing up Oil prices. (Pure demand/supply might not work here since Oil price is manipulated by Cartel)
If those things happen, Obama's re-election will be guaranteed - and the republicans will not like that.
