Hi, HAVE is used to convey message in SIMPLE PRESENT while HAS is used for SIMPLE PAST. The difference is HAVE is used by all except 3rd Singular, and HAS is used only by 3rd Singular.Got confused. Example: Step1: Know the persons, There are three persons in English Language I - I,We II - You III - He, She,It,They,Names(Singular Names,Plural Names) Step2: HAVE It can be used by all persons like --> I have... --> We have... --> You have... --> They have... HAS --> He has... --> She has... --> It has... --> {Any Name} has... India has more potential in IT sector. Obama has attended a meeting in Europe. Well, this is it. I am preparing a notes on this. and when completed i will sure post to you.
