hi himanth, the best way to improve fluency in any language is to read works written in that language. For english fluency, do the following: 1. start by reading english newspaper daily, 2. whatever difficult words come your way while reading, note them down in a book, 3. find the meanings of those words from a good dictionary, 4. try to make sentences using the words. If you do this consistently, your fluency will improve.

Hi Himanth, are you interested in reading english comics? Then go ahead and buy those books and start reading loudly. Here since you can easily understand the situation from the pictures, you will pick up the meaning of some difficult words very fast. But you do have to make a sincere effort by reading loudly.
