Hey, The answer is correct, du/dt is equal to -100e^t; the constant stays through the derivative, and the only time a constant disappears is when it is alone, e.g. u=-100, then du/dt=0.
So the answer in problem set is wrong then as I was suggesting - it drops the constant.
