    y intercept= 12 slope= 6/1 On your graph, you will start at positive 12, make your 1st point. your second point will be 1 to the right and 6 up. continue that pattern and thats your line...

    Slope equation is y = mx + b. In this case, E takes the place of y and the slope of this equation would be 6/1. Remember, slopes are shown in a fraction as rise over run. The 12 would represent the y-intercept which is where you would start plotting. Look for 12 on the y-axis and rise 6 and 1 to the right and plot. Continue doing so and you would get your graphed line.
