While asking my clients for measurements, I write the following passage:
" If you come across, any difficulty in filling up the measurement form, be sure to ask us, instead of providing with the wrong measurements. "
Does it sound rude? Clients should never be treated rudely. I'm very much concerned, please help me with this or suggest a different sentence, which reflects the same idea as in this sentence.

you can write "If you come across any difficulty, in filling up the measurement form, you can ask us, as difficulties may arise due to wrong measurements" I hope it helps :)
" Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance if needed when filling out the measurement forms to ensure maximum accuracy. Thank you for your cooperation!"
Accuracy, while filling in the measurements, is of vital importance. So, in case you have any queries or require assistance for filling up the measurements, we will be glad to assist you.
