first of all you should learn HTML which is the basic language for web programming . there are many resources and books for that just google it ! then you can learn CSS for designing nice web pages , and JavaScript to add some movement to your pages. that three languages is called Client Side Languages. after that you should learn PHP or ASP.net to enter the next level (and the important one) of the web programming
