While not strictly a computer science question, I suggest you attempt to identify which virus it is using another computer to search on the internet. Try installing some anti-virus software to get rid of it although this may be impossible depending on the virus. If everything you try fails, you may have to bring it to some computer specialist and have them attempt to remove it, in the worst case your hard disk may need to be wiped.

I'm always reinstall my OS if something happen, and all my data are on backup disk, and also on the Dropbox cloud. Reinstalling windows 7 on my computer takes 20-30 minutes.

Changing OS Without Little knowlege is bad.... because you changed operating system for virus means.. it never get back...? it simply re-invoked by you make double click on other local disk.. so you make sure on your concept.. first remove virus... Nowadays most of free ant-virus available.. make sure install any famous AV.. make a start-up scan.. and also make full scan.. eventhough you removed virus... it's effect will stay on system.. like safe mode corruption, task manager-folder option-regedit.etc is been disabled... so simply download RRT by google it... simple... dont spend your valuble money...
