Would anyone tell which book i should refer for learning C++ (from scratch)

    well..i think oops with c++ of tmh publications...is for basic learners.

    if u r a beginer then u should study oop in c++ by robert lafore 3rd edition. if u have worked with c++ then oop in c++ by Dietel and Dietel is the best conceptual book.

    try this online tutorial http://www.cprogramming.com/ or C++ for dummies as what ohgoose suggested. It's useful for beginning .
