Always keep the space you live in clean so you know where everything is. Plan in advance, keep a small diary on you (on of those tiny ones so you can write down appointments,) and lists are your friend!
Make sure you have a separate individual projects. Use labeled folders and title and date notes. Put books, folders, and notebooks with similar subjects near each other. Write down deadlines as well as appointments, engagements, and obligations. Keep your workplace clean. Everything you need on a daily basis should be able to be accessed easily. Categorizing is very helpful. Try to focus on only one or two projects at a given time. By organizing, you can dramatically reduce stress and work more efficiently and with greater focus.
Don't clean once a week (or a month:) )- clean all the time. When u change out of dirty clothes, put them in the hamper. When ur done with junk, toss it.
