Fran's mower rental charges a flat rate of $12.00 per day for mower rental plus $2.00 per hour the mower is being used. If the number of hours is represented by "h", which algebraic expression represents the overall rate for "h" hours of mower rental?

because you are being charged 2 dollars for any amount of hours, which is represented by H. So if you work 50 hours, you're paying 100 bucks plus the flat rate of 12 dollars. (flat rate because what if someone only wants it for like 10 minutes haha?)
