as for 31-40 is concerned; we count 5 as the frequency 35+5 = 40 as the cumulitive freq id have to relook up the "relative" frequency term, im sure it means a percentage of the total

    relative is 5 out of 50 = 1/10 = 10% and the cumulitive rel freq = 70+10 = 80%
