Mr. Ziegler earns $2000 for every used car he sells and $4000 for every new car he sells. How much would he make if he sold "r" used cars and "s" new cars?

    well lets say he sold 5 used cars and 2 new cars how much money did he make 2000 for each of the 5 used, 4000 for each of the 2 new 2000(5) + 4000(2) now just replace the 5 with r and the 2 with s 2000r + 4000s
