the right answer is series combition...... in parallel combitions ..... the capacitances are added, which increses the Ceq

the last choice is also wrong as we have only two capacitors ...... it is impossible to connect them in series and parallel simultaneously

And there is no mention of Y delta combination in your second year physics book for capacitors...
