Hello, never used Open Study before, it is interesting to see this chat like interface. I think that could negatively impact the overall discussion thread but it is certainly effective for dialog.

How would it negatively impact the thread? Well everyone would have to read through our discussion to see what is new.
i think it's meant to facilitate real-time conversation between people that are online. but that's a good point - though I just scroll to the bottom heh
And all the questions are archived and searchable on google I think. If you ever wanted to look for a particular topic
Hrm, it is effective for sparking real time conversation, I am just worried what it will look like with 1000+ participants...
