Have you seen the newer and more complete MIT OCW SCHOLAR version of Single Variable Calculus? You should join its study group, and you can check out the course here: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/mathematics/18-01sc-single-variable-calculus-fall-2010/

    See the list of groups, and the SCHOLAR version of calc is near the bottom on the left side of the group list.
