by horizontal method: (2m-5n) (3m-7n)
oh horizontal method!? I dont know what a horizontal method sorry
http://www.purplemath.com/modules/polymult.htm
is horizontal method like foil method ?
(sm-5n)(3m-7n) =(2m-5n)3m - (2m-5n)7n and so on ...
is this a answer
oh but you would get the same answer anyway
you would, if you didn't mess up :) (2m-5n)(2m-7n) =(2m-5n)3m - (2m-5n)7n =6m^2-15mn - 14mn+35n^2 =6m^2 -29mn +35n^2
which I do a lot ...
looks complicated , the foil method is better xD
I like box method best !!
what's box method ?

wow~ looks more complicated though, first time seeing that method xD
|dw:1316601875640:dw|
it's cool, especially when you multiply stuff like: (2m-5n+8k)(4m+6) How would you do that with FOIL ? :)
yeah true but you can still do that with FOIL, and the box one looks complicated
it looks that way, until you do a couple of them :)
but it's really all the same
Yeah might try it some day xD
