## MightySmurf 3 years ago type this equation in standard form. 8y+4=-3x type this equation in standard form. 8y+4=-3x @Mathematics

1. cwrwbach

8x+3y + 4 = 0

2. MightySmurf

fib i cant correct you idk this im sorry

3. acsibol

5. MightySmurf

ummmm

6. acsibol

well point slope form is (y-y1)=m(x-x1) where you have a point (x1,y1)

7. acsibol

yeah but its just another form for the equation of a line. I wasnt sure if by standard form they wanted point-slope form or y=mx+b

8. princess1817

y=mx+b so, 8y+4=-3x 8y+3x+4=0 or 3x+8y+4=0

9. princess1817

ax+by+c=0 8y+4=-3x 3x+8y+4=0

10. princess1817

thz one is the rite method

11. princess1817

ok

12. princess1817

thanks

17. princess1817

no its not me

18. cwrwbach
