I agree. Now, we can tag several groups at once. Why would someone ask a math question, and tag "writing," or "OpenStudy Feedback?" It doesn't make sense. It just clutters up the forum, and I dislike it a lot.
You wouldn't. On the other hand, asking a Physics question and tagging it Mathematics does make sense. As does asking a writing question and tagging Biology, if you're asking about verbiage, for example.
We're still analyzing how people are using the new site, but it has been a fairly common request in the past to be able to ask multiple groups the same question where it makes sense.

I understand why people want to ask a question in more than one category, but this is not the answer. It's very confusing. It's so easy to simply copy and paste your question in several different categories. Why make it more complicated to the rest of us because a few are too lazy to copy and paste?
