Right now, i am working with IBM china. I'd love to to improve programming skill . I think it might be the best place to fullfil my target by learning here. But i am afraid my English could be barrier. Is there any suggestion about how to make my English suitable for learning those courses?

Hi Linuspy, I am studying Mandarin at the moment and would be happy to help you with learning in English. Let me know how I might help, eg. taking notes on the lessons and putting them in more simple English (my Chinese isn't good enough to translate them for you). SE

Copy the transcript from videos, and use a web based translation tool to translate into your native language. These language translation apps come in very handy. They are not always one hundred percent but they should be good enough to understand. Google and Bing have some nice ones. Hope this helps.

linuspy, your English is very good based on what you typed. My advice is to give yourself time. It will simply take time to make sure you understand the difficult concepts, especially if you're translating everything. Ask lots of questions.
