what is the inverse of the following statement: if he speaks arabic, he can act as the interpreter.

    I thing 1 time "not" is enough for inverse if you add 2 times it'll be inverse of inverse :D But i am translate it to myself too maybe i got mistake :P

    no actually it is if he cannot act as the interpreter,then he does not speak arabic
