After completing 6.00, does MIT have a good Open Courseware class to take next? I remembered seeing one that had 15-20 additional programs to work through, but, I can no longer find it.

Not really MIT, but I suggest you take a look into Harvard's CS50, and Stanford's CS106 A to C, great courses to be honest. :-) From MIT, there is 6.001 (SCIP), but I think it's a little more advanced than these that I cited, I don't know, I didn't take it yet, only planning to.

I am thinking of doing MIT 6.087 - "Practical Programming in C" next myself. But I am a ways off completing 6.00
