How do you figure this problem out: 4/9y - 6 = 2 *My ownly problem is the fraction.

    substract 18y on both sides and then substract 4 on both sides, so you have: 4-54y-18y=18y-18y 4-4-72y=0-4 -72y=-4 y=4/72=1/18
