Why don't we multiply all these numbers together? Typically factor lists must contain an even number of numbers. We see that only two of these lists has an even number of factors. 2*3 is does not equal 23. Therefore, the answer must be 1, 23. Additionally, 23 is prime, so its only factor is 1 times itself.
